INSTALLATION
Before starting.
It is necessary to confirm a series of points before starting the gap recognition:
a. All magnets have the same length (300 mm) and are from the same manufacturer.
When the elevator is stopped at the floor level, the door zone detector must
to be positioned right in the middle of the magnet (that is, half of the magnet will be above the
detector, and the other half below.
b. The door zone detector always reads the same face, the same pole, in all the
Magnets. Always place the yellow side of the magnet against the guide.
c. The door zone detector passes directly in front of the magnets (it does not read them from
side or partially.
d. On the CAN bus B (CR connector of the AL1 board), there must be 60 ohms between the
terminals 2 and 3.
e. The separation between the door zone detector and any magnet (with one
in front of the other) should not exceed 10 mm. In the case of bistable devices, there is a
minimum of 5 mm and a maximum of 10 mm of separation.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
a. The elevator's inspection speed will not be modified in the variator. P2.2.3.4.
b. The acceleration and deceleration curves, as well as times, will not be modified in the variator.
0Hz... nothing that could affect the elevator's trip (except for the speed)
nominal, which can indeed be modified).(P.2.2.5.1-P2.2.5.6)
c. The direction of rotation of the encoder will not be changed. It is necessary to ensure that the wiring
the feeding of the frame and the machine phases has been carried out correctly
(U in the closet goes to U in the machine; V to V; W to W).
If the machine were to turn in the opposite direction to what it should, change the value of the
parameter P2.5.13 'Motor direction' and P2.15.2.7 in the inverter.

Learning procedure.
To start the DTF learning process, the elevator must be reset to the ground floor.
Once you are there, you need to make sure that it is level (with a margin of
error of ± 1 cm). Next, we will turn on the cabinet switch that activates the rappel mode
in the maneuver.
Press the up and down buttons on the rappel control panel simultaneously for 5 seconds, until
that F0 appears on the AL1 display. NOTE: if after F0 appears, we continue
holding down the up and down buttons, on the AL1 board we will get a fault 20. In such
In that case, the elevator would need to be reset and started over.
Once F0 appears on the display, the board will start an internal procedure during which
it will appear on the display of the board F1, F2, F3...
When we reach F8 on the display, if the maneuver has not encountered any errors, the elevator
will move upwards at a speed of 20 cm/s, recognizing the entire gap until reaching the
lower part of the upper floor magnet, where it will stop (it does not reach the upper floor level).
Upon arriving at that magnet, F9 will appear on the AL1 display and parameter P2.15.4.23 'Auto'

click to save it.
After approximately 20 seconds, FF will appear on the AL1 board and then

elevator (in this case ?? and Pr will alternate on the display of the board); when this has
finished resetting, the plant number (01) will alternate on the AL1 board display
02...) and Pr.
Next, the technician must get into the cabin and verify floor by floor that the elevator
for the level.
If in any floor the cabin does not stop level, it would be necessary to press simultaneously on the
cabin button panel the buttons corresponding to the two lowest floors until
AP appears on the display. Example: in an elevator whose floors were 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, there would be to
press and hold the buttons 0 and 1. In an elevator whose floors are -1, G, 1, and 2, it would be necessary to
keep -1 and G pressed.
For each time the buttons are pressed, 1 mm will be subtracted from or added to the current position.
save the correction, just do not touch any button for 3 seconds; after this
AP time will disappear from the display.

NOTE: when it is necessary to subtract height from the current position, and the number to be entered is greater than
two digits (for example, -15), the cockpit display will not show the symbol “-”. Instead, and
also replacing the digit in the tens, a letter will appear (-1=A, -2=B, -3=C, etc.).
To exit programming mode, you need to turn the rappel action switch and press.
Press the up and down buttons at the same time until only rE appears on the display of the board, not Pr.

9 LIMITER A3
9.1 Introduction
The A3 amendment introduced in the EN81-1 regulation was implemented in order to prevent the
uncontrolled movement of the cabin when it is at floor level with doors
open. To fulfill this purpose, we have three limiter models: Vega, Star and
Luezar. Next, we will discuss the functioning of each one, and the procedure to
continue to cancel them during the assembly.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Apart from the modifications in the wiring indicated in the plans, it is

When giving the command to the elevator, the controller activates a digital output that powers the relay.

the contactors KM1, KM2, and KM8.
When issuing a stop command, the digital output that powers the relay KA12 is deactivated with a delay of 3
seconds (that is, once the stop command is received, the inverter will still keep powered the
relay KA12 for another 3 seconds).
As for the relay KA13, if for any reason it remains powered after giving the order to
stop, the maneuver will not allow a new start, and will produce error CC41 in the IM1. Until the
The KA13 relay does not turn off, the elevator will not be able to move again.
NOTE: During the rescue it is also necessary to feed the A3 coil of the limiter (if not
, the parachute would deploy as soon as the brake release button is pressed). When
activate the rescue switch feeds the coil A3 of the limiter.
1. Bypass the series contacts of the limiter and the parachute (this needs to be done
to prevent the elevator from stopping with a series opening failure before it
had been able to activate the parachute.
2. Move the elevator in review using the up or down buttons on the IM1.
4. Press the red button located on the control panel to activate the
