Growing in Contemplation With Suzanne Vega

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair converted to Catholicism in a private ceremony in London. Blair was previously Anglican but was received into the Catholic Church by Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor of Westminster. Blair had been taking doctrinal and spiritual preparation and made a full confession before his reception. Some questioned the sincerity of Blair's conversion due to his political support for abortion rights during his time as prime minister.
