 List of required materials
Super Bulky 6- Yarnart Dolce yarn or analogue (100g/120m – 120
mt/131 yards per skein)
• Main brown color (#765) – 80gr
• Secondary dark brown color (#775) - 50g
• Little bit of black cotton yarn to embroider the muzzle. I
used Alize Cotton Gold #60 and white plush yarn about 5g
• Hook size 4mm for the toy
• Hook size 2mm for the crochet flower
• Safety eyes 16mm+eyelashes
• Plastic joint (if you like) D- 20-25mm
• Thin long needle 8-10cm and strong cotton thread for needle
sculpting, for head sewing and face decoration
• Stitch marker (pin) for making a round beginning (or just use
a piece of cotton yarn like me )
• Any thin knitting needle for fixing a head before sewing

How to change to a color yarn in crochet

Paws*4: Crochet in rounds!!
With dark brown color yarn
1r: 2ch, 6sc in the second loop from the hook (or 6sc in magic ring)
2r: 6inc (12)
3r: 12sc through back loop only (12)
4r: 12sc (12)
Change to white color yarn
5r: 12sc (12)
Change to main brown color yarn
6-10r: 12sc (5 rounds) (12)

1r: 18ch,
16sc from the second loop from the hook, 3sc to the last loop,
15sc and 1inc by the other side of the chain (36)- you must get an
oval

2r: 1sc, 6sc with the paw, 4sc, 6sc with the paw, 2sc, 6sc with the
paw, 4sc, 6sc with the paw, 1sc (36)

1. Insert the hook from the 2. Then insert the hook into the base of the
body and crochet 1sc. In total 6sc with the
wrong side of the paw paw

Position the paw so that the color transition points

toward the base of the body!

NOTE: Initially, one paw has 12 stitches. We crocheted 6sc in R2 of the body, 6
stitches remain. But in R3 we need to crochet 8sc with the paw. Crochet 2sc in the
corners between the paw and the body so that there are no holes. In R3 insert the

Put the body aside.

If you want to make with eyelashes, take
safety eyes and eyelashes. I use only one
part of the eyelashes and cut them in half.
Apply a thin layer (you can use a toothpick)
of glue to the top of the eyelash. I use
transparent glue-gel Moment Crystal.

Change to main color yarn
7r: 3sc, 6inc, 15sc (30)
8r: 3sc, (1sc, 1inc)*6 times, 15sc (36)
9-11r: 36sc (3 rounds) (36)

Mark the 5th loop from the end of the 11th row with a marker if you
will use a plastic joint.

Insert 16mm safety eyes between rows 7 and 8. In the 7th row find
6 increases. Insert one eye over the first increase, the second eye over
the last increase of the 7th row.
12r: 8sc, 2sc with the ear, 8sc, 2sc with the ear, 16sc (36)

13r: (4sc, 1dec)*6 times (30)

Insert the plastic joint as shown in the picture below. The joint should
be in the middle relative to the muzzle and eyes. If necessary, move
the joint.
Fill the head with filler
16r: (1sc, 1dec)*6 times (12)
17r: 6dec (6)
Fill the head with filler. Make some dec more and tighten the hole.
Hide the thread inside the head.

Use the needle that is suitable in length and strong cotton thread.
Insert the needle under the head (right red pin) and output at right
pink pin close to the eye. Then insert at blue pin close to the eye and
output at right red pin under the head. Pull a little. REPEAT one more
time. Insert the needle at left red pin under the head and output at
left pink pin close to the eye. Then insert at blue pin also close to the
eye and output at left red pin under the head. Pull a little. REPEAT
one more time. Insert the needle at red pin and output at left white
pin between R2 and R3. Then insert at right white pin (the distance
between points 3 stitches- here will be the mouth) and output at red
pin. Pull a little. Fasten off.
BEFORE TIGHTENING

Embroider the eyebrows, nostrils and the mouth (use black
cotton/acrylic yarn).

 Attach the head to the body with the plastic joint. Fill the body
tightly with filler. If you will not use the plastic joint, close the body
as shown below, then sew the head to the body.
Close the body.

The hair and the tail:
First option: Cut the cotton yarn into strips
about 30cm long. Fold in half (I used 2 stripes),
use thinner crochet hook thread through the loop of
the head and thread it again into the thread loop.
Well pull. Look at the pictures. At the end, using scissors make the ends
straight.
Second option:
Use 4mm crochet hook and dark brown plush yarn. On the head
crochet the first row with short loop stitches, other rows with long
loop stitches. The tail has 2 or 3 rows long loops stitches only.

Horse bridle:
Use 2mm crochet hook and cotton yarn
1.(Leave a long tail, 50ch. Fasten off,
leave a long tail)*2 times
The chain should fit snugly around the
muzzle and the head. If necessary,
crochet fewer or more CH.

2.Wrap the first strip around

the muzzle

3. Use a crochet hook or needle to pull

the tails through the loops under the
head.
4. Tie the tail into a knot and hide them inside the head.

5. Wrap the second strip tightly around the head. Secure the tails in
front as shown in the photo. Hide the tails inside the head.
Crochet Flower
Make 5sc in magic ring, sl st with a different color of yarn, 2ch
To the first sc of magic ring crochet 2dc, 2ch, 1sl st
To the second sc crochet 2ch, 2dc, 2ch, 1sl st.
To the third sc crochet 2ch, 2dc, 2ch, 1sl st
Repeat the same 2 times more.
Fasten off.
