RENT AGREEMENT
This RENT AGREEMENT is executed at Gurgaon on 22nd day of November 2025
between Ms. Archana W/o Sh. Anil Tiwari Resident of H.NO- 75, 2nd Floor., RHS
Mustail NO-11, Killa NO- 18/1, 23 Mansa Ram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi
110059. (hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY), which expression shall unless repugnant
to the context or meaning hereof, mean and include his heirs, successors, legal,
representatives and assigns of the One Part.
Mr, Anup Narayan S/o Sh. Abhay Narayan Pandey Resident of Makundpur, Bhojpur,
Biñar- 802223. (hereinafter called the (SECOND PARTY"), which hereinafter called the
"expression shall unless repugnant tothe context or meaning hereof, include its successors
and assigns of the Other Part.
WÄEREAS the First Party is the absolute owner and in possession of One Room Set
situated at H.NO- 75, 2 Floor, RHS Mustail NO-11, Killa NO- 18/1, 23 Mansa Ram
ORDtam Nagar, New Delhi- 110059. (hereinafter referred to as *Rented Property")

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
1) That the tenancy otf the above premises shall commence from 01-10-2025 up to
31-08-2026 for a periodof ll months from the date of tenancy.
) That the rent will be increased 10o after every 11 months.
3) That the Second Party shall pay the monthly rent of Rs 5,000 - (Rupees Five
Thousand Only) to the First Party by Cash on or before 7 day of each English
Calendar month.
4) That the Second Party has Paid Rs 5,000 /- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as an
advance rent as a security amount which is refundable at the time of vacation to the
First Party.
5) That second party will hand over the possession after vacation to the First Party and all
repairs charges for the damage of the structure, taps electricity point etc. shall borne by
the Second Party.
6) That the electricity & water charges shall be paid by the tenant.
7) That the said premises willbe used exclusively for Residential Purpose.
8) That the first Party can inspect at any time of the said rented premises.
9) That the tenancy may be renewed with the mutual consent of both the parties after
expiration of the above said tenancy period.
10) That the Second party shall have no right to let out the whole or part of tenancy
premises to any other person.
11) That the tenancy may be terminated after giving One month notice in advance either of
the parties in case of breach of any of agreed terms and conditions.
12)
That the Tenant will handover the premises same good condition to the Landlord at the
time of vacation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have signed on the said agreement, on the date, month and
year mentioned above in the presence of the witnesses.
