Dear Nikita Joshi,
We welcome you to InsuranceDekho and are pleased to offer you the position of Associate Relationship Manager, at Band 1 at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

Your appointment will become effective from your 17-11-2025 and a detailed letter of appointment will be issued to you post your joining.
Details of compensation break-up along with some of the important policies are highlighted below.
Compensation & Benefits
a) You shall be paid total annual compensation of INR 298000 per annum. Your employment will be governed by the Company’s standard employment
agreement which is to be executed by you on the date of joining.
b) Your individual remuneration is determined based on a variety of factors such as the scope and nature of work charged to you, skills-specific background,
and professional merit, and must not be disclosed by you to any third party. This information, and any changes made therein should be treated as personal and
confidential under all circumstances and at all times.
BYOD
1.As a condition of your employment with GIBPL, you may use your personal device(s) for work-related activities. By using your personal device(s) for
work-related activities, you agree to comply with the company's Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy and all associated guidelines, procedures, and
standards.
2.To facilitate that your personal device(s) is (are) in good working condition, the organization would provide you a monthly reimbursement per month basis
your level and band in the organization structure and the details of the same are mentioned in the offer letter.
3.You are responsible for ensuring that your personal device(s) meet the company's security and access requirements and that you take appropriate measures
to protect the company's data and information. You must install and maintain all necessary security software and updates, including anti-virus and anti-
malware software.
4.You must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to the protection and handling of confidential and sensitive
information.
5.Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. By using your personal device(s) for work-
related activities, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Additional Terms and Conditions
a) Your initial appointment with the Company and continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory reference and background checks which shall
include but not be limited to verification of your application materials, education and employment history, criminal, credit and regulatory history, and your
ability to work for the Company without restriction (i.e. you do not have any non-compete obligations or other restrictive clauses with any previous
employer). You unconditionally warrant the correctness, accuracy and completeness of all such representations, information, and documents made available
by you to the Company in connection with your appointment and employment. By returning a signed copy of this Letter, you hereby give your unconditional
consent to share all the requisite data, including your personal data, for the purpose of enabling the Company to carry out necessary reference and background
checks. You have authorized the Company to carry out requisite reference and background checks to its complete satisfaction.
b) It is your duty and responsibility to notify the Company of any changes in your personal information/ particulars as recorded with the Company
immediately and by all means, within 3 working days of the occurrence of such change. All notices shall be considered duly and properly delivered to you
when they are directed to the last recorded address on your file with the Company.
c) Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if any information furnished by you in your application for employment or during the selection process or
joining process is found, at any time during your employment, to be inaccurate, incorrect, false or incomplete and/or if you have concealed or otherwise failed
or neglected to provide material information regarding your qualifications and experience, the Company shall be entitled to terminate your services with
immediate effect and without notice and compensation.
d) In the course of your employment with the Company, your services shall be transferable and you may be assigned to any post, office, branch or department
of the Company, or to any affiliate, associate or group company at the sole discretion of the Company. There can be a change in the shift timings, or roster if
so required by the Company. You shall do such other work as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time. Any such transfer or changes in
your assignment will not entitle you to any additional remuneration, allowance, compensation, or other sum in respect thereof.
e) You will be eligible for your annual compensation revision as per the Talent review process of the Company.
f) Your designation may be changed at the sole discretion of the Company depending on the work assigned to you.
g) Upon your resignation from the employment of Company or termination of your services, you are liable and responsible for returning all assets and
properties including all confidential information and intellectual property of the Company immediately and by all means within 24 hours of such resignation
or termination.
h) Your employment with the Company constitutes your paramount obligation and it is your responsibility to ensure that they are not compromised by any
direct or indirect engagement in any other business or job or pursuit or avocation of whatever nature.
i) In the event of separation (including termination) from the employment of the Company within 12 months from the Date of Joining, the Company shall be
unconditionally entitled to recover (or, adjust or set off) all amounts incurred or paid in the form of joining bonus, notice period buyout, relocation,
training/certification or any other expenses incurred beyond the fixed compensation structure. You understand and acknowledge that such amounts are
recovered (or adjusted or set off) are not in terrorem or by way of penalty but represent a genuine pre-estimate of damages that the Company shall suffer on
account of your separation or termination prior to expiry of 12 months. Additionally, the Company’s right to recover (or adjust or set off) such amounts shall
be in addition to any other rights or remedies including the right to claim further compensation for loss or damage that the Company may seek.
j) You undertake to ensure that neither you nor any member of your family possesses or has applied for or otherwise obtained an insurance agent license at the
time of your commencing employment with the Company. You undertake that no such license(s) shall be applied for or obtained by any of your family
member during the entire term of your employment with the Company.
k) You undertake to complete BQP and AV certification based on role requirements conveyed to you from time to time. You further agree that the first-time
cost of training and certification will be borne by the Company but the same is recoverable by the Company or may otherwise be adjusted or set off against
any payments due to you if you exit or your employment is terminated within 12 months of being certified.
l) You acknowledge and accept that in the event you fail to appear or qualify for any training/ certification that has been paid by the Company, the Company
shall be at full liberty to recover such expenses from you including but not limited to setting off/ adjusting such expenses from any amount due and payable to
you.
m) Your onboarding details will be communicated by InsuranceDekho’s Onboarding team. In case you do not acknowledge and accept this offer letter on the
HRMS portal within two working days, the offer would stand withdrawn and revoked.
n) Variable pay, if any applicable, will be determined by the Company based on your performance, BU performance and the Company’s performance for the
year. The payment is subject to your being active (not serving notice) on the Company rolls as on the date of disbursement.
o) You will be on probation for a period of 180 Day(s) (“Probation Period”) from Date of joining. During the Probation Period, either party (Company / you)
may terminate employment by giving notice of termination in writing AND by serving notice period or payment of salary in lieu of the notice period. Post the
completion of the Probation Period, either party (Company / you) may terminate employment by giving notice of termination as per the applicable Company
policies in writing or payment of salary in lieu of the notice period.
p) our notice period will be dependent on the grade you are at the relevant time during your employment and as per the confirmation and exit policy of the
Company. If during the employment, your grade changes, the notice period will concurrently be deemed to have changed accordingly.
q) You acknowledge that no prior representations, negotiations, discussions, promises, agreements, whether in writing or otherwise, made by or on behalf of
the Company, that are not expressly stated in this offer will be valid or binding on the Company.
r) In the event there is any conflict, variation or inconsistency between this offer letter and the subsequent detailed Letter of Appointment, the terms of the
Letter of Appointment shall prevail and supersede the terms of this offer letter.
s) Subject to your eligibility, You would also be entitled to the following benefits
1. Group Mediclaim - For complete peace of mind & access to quality health care, the Company provide medical insurance through our insurance provider to
you & your family (including spouse and two children) as per limit in salary breakup.
2. Personal Accident and Term Life - The Company provides you with Group Term Life and Group Personal Accident Insurance cover as per salary breakup,
each against loss of income in the event of death or full/partial disability.
3. Parental Insurance - You can also avail cover for your parents / parents-in-law up to INR 10,00,000 (self- paid).
4. Flexi Benefits- Employees can restructure certain components to opt for other flexi benefits as per the flexi benefit policy of the Company.

• Gratuity shall be governed as per the payments of Gratuity Act, 1972
• HRA is subject to the submission of rent payment receipt
• You shall be entitled to a Medical Insurance Cover for Self, Spouse and up to 2 Children as per Company policy.
• You shall also be entitled for a Group Term Life Insurance and Group Personal Accidental Insurance basis the below criteria –
a) For employee in band 1 and 2 = Sum Insured is 3X of their Total CTC.
b) For employee in band 3 and Above = Sum Insured is 2X of their Total CTC.
