How to Use

Baseball : 2xp per hour Basketball : 8xp per hour Football : 10xp per hour American-Football : 5xp per hour Golf : 1/2xp per hour, w/o golf cart 1xp per hour

1. Everyone starts at 0. No Exceptions. 2. If you lose your Character Sheet, you restart at 0. 3. Each Character Sheet is for 2 weeks. 4. Dont focus on weigh ins. Focus on size gains and losses. 5. If you attach your picture +3 to CHA if you draw a likeness +1 to INT. 6. Your new level is calculated based on XP when you start a new sheet (every 2 weeks) 7. Dont hurt yourself. 8. If you dont feel an exercise is valued right, change it, but stay consistent. 9. Join a Gym or a Guild. Its always easier with fellow adventures. 10.
