2. Royal Enfield Motors, 1991~1993: manufacturing Bullet
motorcycles at profit Rs 100cr sales
3. LMW CNC machine tools, 2004~2006: loss making Rs 45cr
sales to profitable Rs 125cr in two years.
4. Eicher Tractors, 1994~1998: reduced production cycle-time
by half & doubled sales to Rs 350cr.
5. 1985 ~ 1991: As General Manager at EICHER and
collaborating with MITSUBISHI, setup plant to assemble
World-Class Canter Trucks in India at Indore.

Mr. SathyaKumar - is a Mechanical Engineer, with a Bachelor
degree in Engineering from National Institute of Engineering (
NIE), Mysore and 1 year certification program in Total
Productivity Maintenance from JIPM. He brings over 30 years
of experience in the Machine tool segment, the Automotive
corporate and the consultancy segment.
He has been a part of various engagements which includes.
1. Design of Special Purpose Machines.
2. Design development and project execution of the metal cutting
3. Companywide continuous improvement cell
4. Core team in Quality Management Systems
5. Implement TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) and Lean
initiatives.

Mr. Anantharamu brings over 32 years of experience in
automotive corporate and consultancy service. He is a
material management professional, His specialization in
Materials purchasing process, Supply Chain Management for
outsourced items, departmental continual improvement of
material handling process leading to improvement in
movement, lead time reduction, maximum inventory turnover
and lower inventory.
He has been a part of various engagements which includes.
1. Material movement, layout planning, Fixing of material levels
and maintaining the stock, spearheading of Supply Chain
Management for outsourced items .
2. Continual improvement of the material handling process
leading to the improvement in the movement, handling, lead
time reduction, maximum inventory turns over and lowering
the inventory.
3. Spearheading in fixing the process measurable for Materials
department, leading the team to implement TPM (Total
Productivity Maintenance) and Lean initiatives in the
Materials area

Mr. Vinay Kumar : is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Diploma
in Information Securities Audit from the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India and has over a decade of experience in Financial
Management, Risk Management, Logical Access Reviews, Business
Continuity Planning Off-shore operations set up and Quality
management.
1. He started his career as a Finance Manager in a Network Integration
Company where he streamlined the project processing and costs
management.
2. Moved into the Risk Function with Standard Chartered Bank Scope
International. In this role he pioneered the Risk Management function
and enabled process migration of high risk and complex activities
migration to India, he led the implementation of 6S in his department,
Design and Implemented a Capacity Management tool.
3. Moved on to be the Senior Manager Operations Control for the AsiaPacific region in RBC Investor Services. He was involved in
successfully setting up the Operations Control function across APAC,
implementing a Quality+ program across APAC which focused on
Quality Metrics and the ART Model and centralizing the
Reconciliation function across APAC to Malaysia
