Criteria To Apply Credit Cards
M inimum criteria to apply for credit card is
25000 k(Gross).Further details are mentoined
below.

How To Apply For Credit Card
If customer call at contact center and ask from
PBO how to apply for credit card,
officer has to guide customer minimum
criteria of income.
Provide info regarding documents & will
forward a LEAD from software (Tracking
Silp) and guide cm TAT of one month.
Lien Based Credit Cards
Cards issued against security are called lien based
cards. Cards are issued upto 75% .
Remaining amount is reserve as security.
TAT of one month required for releasing of amount when
customer wants to cancelled
his card.

Utility Bill Payments
Introduction :
BAL Credit Card customers can pay their Utility and Warid
Bills through Credit Card by calling at 24 hour helpline
services. Online bill payment facility has started to provide
customers hassle free life. Customers do not need to go to
the branches and wait for their turns, now on a single call
they can pay their Utility bills on due dates and even after the
working hours, which is not possible in direct payments.

Mode of Bill Payments:
Monthly bill Payment through Direct Debit:
If the customer is enrolled for Direct Debit facility
then
his monthly Utility bill payment will be debited
automatically from Credit Card, 03 days prior to due
date.
For Example: Let suppose if the customers bill
payment due date is 21st of the month then his bill
payment pick date will be 18th of the month.

Direct Debit (DD) will not process in the
following conditions.

Utility Bill Payments
One time bill payment through Call Center:
Customers can call at 24 hours helpline to pay their Utility
bills, bill payment can be done till bill payment due date and
even after the working hours and on holidays, other then this
after due date and bills with arrears are also acceptable
through call center, only installment bills cannot be paid .

date of bill payement.
