Eating fresh fruits provide health benefits.


People who eat more fruits and
vegetables as part of an overall healthy
diet are likely to have a reduced risk of
some chronic diseases.
Fruits provide nutrients vital for health
and maintenance of your body.
Example: Grapes, Banana, Star fruit,
Rambutan.

MANGO

Mango is a delicious fresh fruit. It

oval in shape with a little curve. It
is yellow and green in colour. It
has a juicy and soft flesh. It also
tastes sweet and sour.

BANANA

Banana is a delicious fresh fruit. It


is very good for our health. It is
crescent in shape which is like a
half moon. It is yellow and green in
colour. It has a juicy and soft flesh.
