authorized to collect fees and charges for
services in connection with the processing and

• DEMOLITION PERMIT
• MOVING PERMIT
• SANITARY/PLUMBING PERMIT
• ELECTRICAL PERMIT
• TEMPORARY SERVICE PERMIT
• POLE/ATTACHMENT LOCATION PLAN
• MECHANICAL PERMIT

• FENCING PERMIT
• SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
• TEMPORARY SIDEWALK ENCLOSURE AND OCCUPANCY PERMIT
• SCAFFOLDING PERMIT
• CERTIFICATE OF USE/OCCUPANCY
• ANNUAL INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS
• SIGN PERMIT
• COMMUNICATION/ELECTRONIC PERMIT

ESTABLISHMENT OF LINE AND
GRADE
• Metro Manila and First Class Cities:
- All sides fronting or abutting streets, esteros, rivers
1. first 10m ------- ₱ 20.00
2. every meter or fraction thereof in excess of 10m ------- ₱ 1.00
- All other sides ( every meter of fraction thereof ) ------- ₱ 0.50
• All other cities and municipalities:
50% of the above rates.
 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES:
• The building permit fees includes the excavation fee for the foundation. However,
while the application is still being processed, the building official may allow
excavation for the foundation and basement, for which the following fees shall be
charged:
a. Excavation for Foundation per cu.m. of excavation……………. ₱ 2.00
b. Excavation for basement per cu.m. of excavation……………… ₱ 2.00

Note: THE FEE PAID THEREFOR SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL BUILDING
PERMIT FEES.
Construction/addition/renovation/alteration of buildings
under category 1 shall be assessed to the following rates:
Metro MNL and all 1st 2nd class cities and 1st class All others
