Objectives
Overall objective: Isolating soil bacteria with the
disease-reducing effects against rice bacterial leaf blight
Specific objectives:
1. Isolating at least 35 isolates from soil samples
2. Selecting at least 8 antagonistic isolates
3. Testing effects of antagonistic isolates on seed germination
and development
