What do you think about the problem?
I think this is a really serious
problem because the plastic takes
a long time to degrade. If you
continue throwing plastic waste in
the trash, thousands of tons of
plastic will end up contaminating
the soil, rivers and oceans.
What would be a possible solution for it?
The only solution is to make people
aware of the situation so that they
begin to classify the garbage and in
this way the plastic waste can be
recycled and reused in the
elaboration of new products
Do you see this problem in your
community? What do people do about it?
This problem is quite common in
my city because people throw
plastic waste like bags and bottles
onto the street. People do not
classify waste and many of the
plastic waste ends up in the trash.
The plastic that is discarded often
ends up contaminating the soil,
rivers and oceans; which causes
the death of thousands of aquatic
animals.
What will you do in the future to help
solve this problem?
I will participate in campaigns to
raise awareness in society so that
people classify waste and plastic
waste can be recycled and reused
in the development of new
products. In this way it would
prevent plastic waste from
contaminating the soil, rivers and
oceans.
The invitation is to properly classify garbage
so that materials that are recyclable can be
reused
We just haven’t realized that we have a problem
there. Climate change, holes on the ozone layer,
hurricanes and earthquakes are consequences of
an un-existing environmental politic plan.
If we want our grandchildren to know the world
the way we know it, we have got to change our
ways with this planet.
We can do it from home by avoiding buying
plastic disposable recipients, by recycling and
separating waste and many other ways.
Thank you
