Butler PickPal provides a unique end-to-end order fulfillment solution for e-com businesses by integrating with Butler GTP system to
pick, process and consolidate orders. It can provide up to 2X productivity in collaborative operation
1 Scanning System
3 Placed just before picking station, it uses two camera to capture color & depth
image of the MSU slot to identify item to be picked and processes the picking
strategy
2 Robotic Arm on Rails
A six axis collaborative robot on linear rails is used to reach to the MSU slots to
enable picking items. It has a reach of 1300mm and a payload of 5 Kg without
gripper

Set of compliant grippers - vacuum & fingered are used basis the inventory profile
to enable grasping different items. Automatic Tool changer is used to switch
between different set of grippers.
1 4 Automated Pick Station
Pick station enables picking and combining multi line orders. It uses a conveyor
2 based system to pick to corrugated boxes or totes, fulfilling multiple orders at the
same time.
