Gimbal Assembly with Venturi – is an interface between Engine bleed air
port and Environmental Control Systems (ECS). This assembly ensures
linear movement of +/- 5 mm in all perpendicular planes. Bellows Type Accumulator – NIOT/IIT/VSSC

Usually, the accumulators are Bladder/ Piston Type, we replaced those with Metal
Hydroformed T – Joint – BrahMos Aerospace
Bellows type. Successfully tested and Supplied to NIOT & IIT – Kanpur. For VSSC
this Accumulators are under Qualification stage.
Hydroforming is a metal fabricating and forming process. This process is
cost effective. Specialized type of die moulding that utilizes highly
pressurized fluid to form metal. Here the wall thinning is very minimal.
High Pressure Hoses – LPSC
Hydraulic pressure of the order of 2500 to 4000 bar is applied to form
these Joints. Received Award for Excellence from SIATI for We are specialized in High Pressure Hoses. Our Pressure ranging from 50 bar to
