The purpose of this study is to develop a system that

will concentrate on the Guidance Center to make the


management of student records be a lot easier,
efficient, less time consuming and reliable without
sacrificing quality.
To automate the manual processing of student records
in guidance center. Because, with the growth of students
now especially the implementation of k-12 program, the
guidance office must perform more efforts in
maintaining a reliable and accurate data.
 This study gives benefits to the ff:

College of Technological Sciences Cebu. Provide a secure and

automated records.

Faculty. Easily track students violations or offences.

Students. To be aware of committing offenses.

Researchers. As a basis for enhancement program.

Future Researchers. A basis for other researchers who want to

conduct a related study.


 the main objective of the study are:

Develop, Design and Enhance the Guidance Records.

Develop a system that will give detailed information of the

students.

Create a module that will track the student’s attendance such

as absent and tardiness.

To test and evaluate the effectiveness of the system in terms

of enhancement.
Scopes:
Provides Guidance personnel accounts as end user.

Provides database for student information.

Generate reports for student offenses and penalties.

 Computer-based system. system which uses a computer for
performing task with database for storing data and a programming
language for its platform.

 Guidance record Monitoring– supervised the students’


records such as attendance, offenses, exit, and students’
information.
 Proposed enhanced System. Based on the deficiencies
revealed in the data, the term refers to the improvement of the record
management system in Guidance office.
