WHY SHOULD WE DO?
 We can boost up our sale and create an interest in our staff and customers both
 Will sale out our slow moving and LY article during Big-Bang and will instruct our
staff to emphasize on the same
 This is the only concept where we can attract customers and invite them to shop
with us, we can sale our fresh merchandise too during Big-Bang but we have to
crate a separate wall for it
 Will give a full page insert add regarding Big-Bang days and will put your logo
(with your consent) with offered promotions
 Will shoot SMS & Mailer to our customers to increase awareness of the same and
we can put brand name who will offer maximum discount
 Will put update on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & WhatsApp.
BIG-BANG IMPACT
 We are planning to organize the same at the start of December as at that time light weight
merchandise sale goes very slow and to liquidate maximum quantity of such slow movers to make
space for our winter wear, which will ultimately result in sale growth as the winter wear sale will
improve our ATV.
 Will create a curiosity in our costumers about sale and this will help us in EOSS which will start in
December.
 After festival season & due to upcoming EOSS customer’s footfall will decline, this will also help to
retain footfalls for the weekend and sales boost will reflect in December month’s achievement as
well.
Arrangements-
 Extra support staff to CSE’s will be provided by Stanmax where required.
 Extra bill counters will be provided arranged by Stanmax if required.
 Advertisement and SMS will be arranged by Stanmax (Brand contribution will be required)
 Brand can provide stock as per their requirement or wish to liquidate.
 Will plan to offer minimum 40% Flat discounts. (Or as per brands Offerings)
 Complete discount will be borne by the brand only
