It is a part of Tata Group, an Indian conglomerate. Its products include passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment and military vehicles. OBJECTIVES 1. To find the satisfaction level of employee motivation at TATA MOTORS. 2. To find the significant relationship between the employee motivation and the year of employee experience.
