Nojito (Mocktail)
Ingredients:
Mint leaves
1 oz. fresh lime juice
Sparking water
1 tsp sugar
Honey syrup
Crushed ice

Method
1. Place mint leaves & lime juice in a
glass
2. muddle them together for 1 minute.
3. Add the honey simple syrup.
4. Ada the sparkling water and follow by
crushed ice.

Glass: Hi ball
Garnish: mint leaves
METHOD :

1. Fix mixing glass with ice.


2. Pour 60 ml gin and 10 ml dry
vermouth
3. Stir well and strain into cocktail
glass

Glass: Martini glass


Garnish: Olive/ Squeeze oil from
lemon peel
Ingredients:
• 2 ice cubes
• 150ml tomato juice
• Half lemon (juice)
Glass: High ball
• 3ml Worcestershire sauce
• 1.5ml Tabasco sauce
• Pinch of salt Garnish: A stick of
• 1 teaspoon ground black celery
pepper

Method
1. Press the rims to a saucer
filled with salt.
2. Pour all the ingredients
into shaker and shake
3. Serve with a stick of celery
Strawberry Daiquiri Ingredients:
• 60ml white rum
• 15ml lime juice
• 30ml simple syrup
• 1 cup ice
• 2-3 strawberries

Method
1. Put all ingredients in a
blender
2. Blend well until smooth
3. Pour into a chilled glass

Glass: Margarita glass

Garnish: A slice of lime
