Cip Stage 1 and Stage 2

The document outlines a proposed waste segregation program called EWaSEP for Lian National High School. It notes the school's problem with unsegregated garbage and the need to educate students on proper waste sorting. The program aims to address this issue in compliance with relevant laws and the school's strategic plan. Student and teacher feedback was gathered, identifying common problems as lack of knowledge, insufficient bins, and attitudes around waste disposal. A current process map shows information dissemination, bin preparation and labeling, and daily garbage sorting and disposal. The proposed process flowchart provides more details on the segregation and monitoring steps.

Stage 2
Solution/s

1. Prepare detailed laminated label of garbage bin

by November
2. Make leaflet/ poster per classroom about the
waste segregation process of the school
