ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES

• IT IS THE POLICY OF THE STATE TO PROTECT THE


INTERESTS OF THE CONSUMER, PROMOTE HIS
GENERAL WELFARE AND TO ESTABLISH
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT FOR BUSINESS AND
INDUSTRY.
TOWARDS THIS END, THE STATE SHALL IMPLEMENT
