❏ To check YSR rythu bharosa payment status then click on “Agriculture” , Services will
be displayed. Click on “YSR Rythu Bharosa application link”

How to verify YSR rythu bharosa payment status:
❏ Enter beneficiary name, Beneficiary mobile number and click on “SUBMIT” button.

❏ Enter farmer Aadhaar number, Captcha and click on “Submit” button. Details will be
displayed.

❏ Click on “Reissuance of OBC” button

❏ Popu up window will be displayed. After few seconds page redirects to Meeseva portal

❏ Click on “Revenue Department” button. Services list will be displayed.Click on
“Reissuance Of OBC” button
Meeseva:
❏ Enter OBC Application number and click on “Get Details” button, Details will be
displayed.
3. Logins & UI Features
✓ We have provided individual Login credentials for every Grama/Ward Sachivalayam
employees.
✓ We have categorised them into Panchayat/ Ward Administrative Secretary.
✓ Under PR&RD AND MAUD category we have created Logins for the below Roles.

✓ For example when Panchayat Secretary enter his Login credentials,User ID “10190001-
ANM” Password “ANM@123” and enter “Captcha” and click on “Login” button.
✓ Landing page will be displayed with all the Integrated Departments.
✓ Home page: On launching home page we have provided Search bar where the
authorised person can search “Search Service Name”. Example, Enter characters
as “YSR” in search bar then “YSR” related all services starts with YSR will be shown.
✓ How to view User Manual:
✓ To view User manual right click on any Service name, For example Department name -
Agriculture, Service name: YSR Rythu bharosa payment status

✓ Energy Department: We have provided search bar below Energy Department when we
enter District name services under energy department will be displayed.
Example: “KRISHNA” Electrical Safety “APSPDCL” services dropdown will be shown
✓ Enter any ULB name to view services:
✓ MAUD Department: We have provided search bar below “MAUD” Department
when we enter particular Municipal Corporation Name, services under MAUD will be
shown as dropdown.
Example: “Vijayawada” available services dropdown will be shown.To view services
click on type of service needed.
✓ How to view Raised Details:
✓ To view registered details click on “Raised” button.

4. Printing of Receipts and Certificates
✓ How to Print Receipts:
✓ Click on “Raised” button to get details.

✓ Raised details will be displayed. To get the print of the receipt click on “Print” button.
✓ How to Print Your Receipts:
✓ To print the receipt for particular application click on the “Print” button.
✓ How to Print Receipt:
✓ To print the receipt on paper click on “Print” button.
✓ How to Print Certificate:
✓ We need to enter the “Applicant Aadhar Number” and click on “Get Details”
button.
✓ How to Print Certificate:
✓ When we click on the Get Details button we get the certificate, then we have to click on
“Print Icon” button to get print of our certificate.
✓ How to Print Certificate:
✓ To print the application click on “Print” button.
5. Report an Issue
✓ How to Report an Issue:
✓ Click on “Report an Issue” button

7. Spandana Grievances
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana
✓ After successful login of user landing page will be displayed. To raise grievance click on
“Spandana” button.
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana:
✓ After clicking on “Spandana” button. Two modules will be displayed as “Register
Grievance” and “Status Check”
✓ To register Grievance click on “Register Grievance”
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana:
✓ Enter citizen Aadhaar number and click on “GET DETAILS” button. Citizen personal
information will be displayed with below details.
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana:
✓ To provide grievance address, Select “District”, “Rural/Urban”, “Mandal”,
”Village”.
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana:
✓ To raise grievance select below options “Grievance by Subject”, “Grievance by Ke
word”, “Grievance by Department”.
✓ For example Select “Grievance by Subject” radio button, “Subject” and “Sub
Subject” options will be displayed.
✓ How to register Grievance in Spandana:
✓ Select “Subject” drop down, Department wise subjects will be displayed. For example
select “CIVIL SUPPLIES -->RATION CARDS”
✓ How to register Grievance in Sapandana:
✓ After selecting “Subject” drop down, Click on “Sub Subjects” drop down list will be
displayed. For example select related Sub subject as “NEW WHITE RATION CARD”
✓ How to register Grievance in Sapandana:
✓ After selecting “Subject”, “Sub Subjects” Enter remarks and click on “SUBMIT”
button.Your grievance registered successfully.
✓ How to check Grievance status in Sapandana:
✓ After clicking on “Spandana” button. Two modules will be displayed as “Register
Grievance” and “Status Check”
✓ To check registered Grievance status click on “Status Check”
✓ How to check Grievance status in Sapandana:
✓ Enter Grievance document number and click on “GET DETAILS” button. Grievance
details and Status will be displayed.
8. Request & Service Delivery

❏ Allotted families count and completed


count will be displayed
❏ To view family members in existing
family, Then click on “కుటుంబ
సభ్యయ లను చూడడానికి ” button
❏ Select any finger and tap on
“CAPTURE” button.
❏ How to add Family member
into family:
❏ Family member details will be
displayed
❏ To add a new Family Member tap on
“కుటుంబానికి సభ్యయ నిి
జోడుంచడానికి ” button.
❏ Popup will be displayed, Enter citizen
Aadhaar number and tap on “వయ కి ి
వివర్యలను పుందుండ ” button
❏ Citizen details will be “AUTO
POPULATED” and select
Relationship with family and tap on
“Add Person” button.
❏ After successful authentication of
citizen family member added into
family.
❏ “Bio Auth Authentication”
and tap “Capture” button
❏ Select the name of the person who should
be removed from the family and tap on
“కుటుంబుం నుుండ సభ్యయ నిి
తొలగుంచడుం”
❏ After successful authentication of
citizen family member will be remove
from family.
❏ After removed from family member
shown in red color.
❏ After removing or adding person
into family select all family
members and click on “SUBMIT”
button.
❏ Family members list will be
displayed. To confirm tap on
“SUBMIT” button.

member from family:
❏ To remove a existing person from a
family tap on “కుటుంబుం నుుండ
సభ్యయ నిి తొలగుంచడుం ” button.
❏ Volunteer Allotted family members details
will be displayed.
❏ To raise grievance then click on any family
member.
❏ Tap on “Select Family Member”
dropdown,Family members list will be
displayed.
❏ Select Family member, Member details will be
displayed.
❏ You can Register a Grievance
through following modules
Grievance by Department
Grievance by keyword
Grievance by Subject/Sub
Subject
❏ Select grievance type, Fill all
mandatory fields and tap on
“REGISTER GRIEVANCE”
button.
❏ Your Grievance registered
successfully.
