OUR MISSION

“Irealand National Rugby Union team prides itself on the


management of a successful sporting club, providing a facility in
the local Irish Community to further develop sport amongst
junior and adult sports minded people, whilst also providing an
environment to assist in the development of fine young men”
CODE OF CONDUCT
• Players are encouraged to show leadership, encouragement and support and
to seek such in return as required.
• All players are representatives of the Club and as such are required to
maintain respectable standards of behaviour and not cause discredit to their
Team Mates, Club Officials and Members, Club Supporters and Sponsors, the
VAFA and the Community.
• Players must at all times behave in a sportsmanlike manner and uphold the
highest standards of professional conduct so as not to compromise the
integrity of the Club.
• Players must show due regard and respect for the property and facilities of
the Club, competing Clubs, Coaching Staff and Officials, Supporters and to
members of the Community in the vicinity of Club activities.
• Players must follow directions of the Coaching Staff and are encouraged to
be proactive in seeking feedback, clarification and guidance.
• All illegal substances are prohibited from Club property and official club
activities.

CODE OF CONDUCT

All players are representatives of the Club and as such are


required to behave in such a way as to not cause discredit to
their Team Mates, Club Officials and Members, Club
Supporters and Sponsors, the VAFA and the Community (the
‘Stakeholders’).

Players must at all times behave in a sportsmanlike manner


and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct so
as not to compromise the integrity and dignity of the Club
and its Stakeholders.

Players must show due regard and respect for the property
and facilities of the Club, competing Clubs, Coaching Staff
and Officials, Supporters and members of the Community in
the vicinity of Club activities.

Players must follow directions of the Coaching Staff and are


encouraged to be proactive in seeking feedback, clarification
and guidance. Players are encouraged to show leadership,
