• Operational Area Requirement : 1700sq.ft. – 2000sq.ft.

• Additional Requirement : Ground Floor/ Parking Area/ Mini Garden

• Funding : Self Investment will be 40%


Borrow Funding will be 60%

• Self Investment will be pooled capital of all partners together

• The location will be on Out-right basis or on Lease basis

operating parlour

• License requirements for employees for peddling


manicures, pedicures and massages

• Registration under Bank for getting Payment facilities
