Management theories, used to build organizations, are grounded in reality
Theories are an explanation to assist employees to effectively relate to the business goals and
implement effective means to achieve the same.
Management History” refers primarily to the history of management thought as it has
developed during that time, although some work covers the practice of management all the way
back to Antiquity.
