SUMMARY
WeZard’s Catering services is proposed to be
located in the Municipality of San Manuel, Isabela.
We offer creative, colorful, and unusual food
options for Clients as well as the traditional
standbys.  The service offerings are quite
improved and updated because we make changes
in our business strategies in every year. we learn
in every event through asking feedbacks and
suggestions from our clients after service. This is
our edge from other catering services here in the
society.
Wezards catering will inject new life into the
society in terms of catering service. The
strategies and skills of the employees helps in
developing and creating new catering options
and ideas. Their advanced skills, industry
insight, and a great market opportunity will
allow Wezard’s Catering Service to reach the
extent of their profit limit in every year and
generate not only a high profit but to generate
a great and best experience to clients.
Services include catering of food & services
to events such as weddings, Birthdays, debuts,
reunions, and Christening.
Capacity: Maximum of 25 events per
year and initial utilization upto 67%
The most critical considerations or
factors for success of the project are:
1. Quality of Raw material
2. Location- proximity to Barangay
Plaza’s, Municipality Hall, Business
Hubs etc,.
3. Quality Food and services.
CHAPTER II:DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND
SERVICES

WeZards Catering Services is


considering a move to create and
provide enough information from
which to sell its existing product line.
By advertising its products through
media, WeZards can market its
products to an entirely new market,
increase revenue and growth
projections.
Online advertising will
include only current products
and any changes to this
product line must be
considered outside of the
purpose of this document.
CHAPTER III: TECHNOLOGY
CONSIDERATIONS
Upgraded technological capability will
be required for WeZard’s Catering Service
to move toward advertising online from
which customers may purchase our
product and services. Customers
demand a simple and easy way by which
to conduct online transactions and it is
imperative that all transactions are
conducted in a secure manner.
While WCS maintains a web site with product
lists and descriptions, it does not currently
allow for purchasing to be done online. This
functionality must be integrated with our
current web site to allow for secure purchases
to be made. Additionally, new online marketing
functionality must be considered in order to
target existing and potential customers
through methods such as e-mailing lists,
promotional advertisements, and loyalty
discounts.
