unity, oneness and non dual concept.
• Do unto others as thou wish
that others should do unto you.
• The ideal of indian ethos-Atmano
Moksharathm Jagat Hitayacha (for
gaining perfection in individual life as well
as welfare of the world)
• We shall achieve peace, harmony and
prosperity within and without i.e. in our
internal and our external world
simultaneously
• Under Holistic approach management will
not exploit shareholders, employees,
customers, society and nature
Need of holistic value based
management in global society
• Exploitation of nature
o Under the holistic approach man and nature
are deeply interconnected interdependent.
Hence there is no right to exploit nature for
purely selfish motives.
o Value based holistic management alone can
prevent this exploitation of Mother earth.
• Man machine equation
o Man was considered as cog, as a commodity
to be bought and sold to be used and
discarded.
o Value oriented management will recognize
the divine model of man and will alter the
old man machine equation drastically.
o Man will be considered as master and not
slave or servant of machine or technology.
