It is a good habit that is; they give

us disposition to perform good actions.


These are the actions we take in good way. All
of us human being has a virtue aspect because
we were born having a virtue. When we perform
virtue actions it became our habit.
•It is a moral principle that deals
with human conduct.
•Rightness and Wrongness
•Goodness and Badness
It guides in moral decisioning. Ethics check our
actions if it is in a right or wrong way if it can
benefit to the goodness or badness of a certain
actions we did.
It is the ethical framework that is
concerned with understanding the good
as a matter of developing the virtuous
character of a person.
Virtue Ethics help us to understand the
impirtance of doing good things everytime for it
can help one’s character. It teaches us to make
our actions, and decisions be just for it can affect

Moral virtue is the state of character because it makes
our actions credibelt o all people. It helps all of us in
every aspect or our lives because we take actions
according for what is just and what is must. And will
surely assure all of us that our actions will be accepted
by many.

There are four principal natural human virtues which


every good person needs. These Are the cardinal virtues
of prudence, justice, fortitude and temperance.

First the prudence. Prudence is The virtue of


deliberating well about what actions we should do.
Prudence or practical wisdom directs us about what we
should do in particular, practical situations. Since moral

each and to all what belongs to them. Justice
enables us to act justly in accordance with what
practical reason directs us to do. Since we are
social by nature, we should seek the perfection
of the societies in which we live. For this, we
need the virtue of justice.

Now, the question for us is how can be a


virtuous person? Well, the answer is the four

“Golden Mean” in which we should take to
considerate that our actions weighed . For
example being impulsiveness is an excess
manner of making decisions, while being
indecisiveness is a deficient manner. Aristotle
gave us a good and better understanding for this,
we should not make n actions or decisions that
are excessing in environment nor deficient or
lack of confidence instead we should

influence by your environment, curiosity, and
adopted from older people. It usually happen in
teenager, they were fond of different vices.

7 DEADLY SINS are the traditional list of vices
and worst thing that people are doing. But each
vices has remedy and contrary virtues.

EX. Sa Pride, Iniisip nga nila na kilala nila yung
sino talaga yung proud na tao sa humble na tao.
While sa Humility naman pinapaubaya na nila
yung judgment ng isang tao sa Diyos, di na nila
ENVY - Jealousy in something and wanting to
have what someone has. REMEDY: KINDNESS
- being friendly, generous, and considerate sa iba

EX. Sa Envy, kunwari sa pag-aaral iniisip mo


kung Bakit laging pasado yung kaklase mo kahit
mas masipag ka namang mag aral kesa sa kanya.
While sa Kindness, nagiging masaya ka sa
success ng kaklase mo at inaaccept kung ano sila
kasi ganon sila ginawa ng Diyos.
ANGER - pagkagalit, revenge REMEDY:
Meekness - being patient, humble or self control

EX. Sa anger, kunwari sa magkaibigan inis na


inis kana sa kaibigan mo dahil kung anu ano ang
pinagsasabi kaya gusto mo siyang gantihan.
Pero sa Meekness dahil kaibigan mo sya may
respect ka pa rin sa kanya kaya nacocontrol at
may pasensya ka sa sarili mo para hindi sya
sabihan ng kung anu ano.
Sloth is a lazyness, spiritual torpor or
oppressive sorrow that prevents us from
doing what we can achieve and should do
it also draws us to be lazy in all aspects of
our lives physically and mentally. The
remedy is Diligence.

Diligence is an eagerness to do what is


needed with the zeal of divine love making
even difficult tasks achievable. It aid us in
fulfilling our duties and responsibilities
Avarice is a disordered desire for RICHES and
PROFESSION, to the point of acting contrary to the
love of God and neighbor, it filled us with the
yearning for material goods. Yung material objects na
ito bina-block ang vision na itinuro ni Jesus Christ
satin na we should give to the poor. The remedy for
this is liberality.

Liberality is generosity towards others in sharing


God's gifts, bringing personal contentment with
whatever we posses. - Generosity, ito yung willingness
to give. A nobility of thoughts and actions. Sinasabi
nito na we give not only because of the excess but we
Gluttony is a disordered desire to consume food
and drink too sumptuously, too much, too hastily,
greedily or even too daintily. In gluttony we
became like “timawa” in laymansterm.
Oftentimes, this kind of people didn’t accept by
the society , well it is not good though to be a
“timawa person.” The remedy is temperance.

Temperance is a good order in desiring the


pleasure of taste and touch, inspired by respect
for oneself as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Having
a temperance not just only in food but also in
Lust is the last from Seven Deadly Sins. It is a
disoredered craving for sexual pleasure leading
to abuses of the body and mind, addictions and
destructive effects on families and society. This
kind of sin neglected the 10 commandments of
God. It makes one’s life destroyed because it
tends to make an undesirable actions. The
remedy for this is Chastity.

Chastity is a proper use of our sexuality. It


guards our hearts and minds from evil
