Direct Inverse Proportion

1) The document discusses direct and inverse proportions, providing examples and explanations of both concepts using tables, equations, and graphs. 2) Direct proportion is defined as a relationship where two variables are directly proportional, meaning that as one variable increases, the other also increases. An example shows how to write an equation connecting two directly proportional variables. 3) Inverse proportion is defined as a relationship where two variables are inversely proportional, meaning that as one variable increases, the other decreases. An example demonstrates finding values of variables that are inversely proportional.
