Method Statemen Temporary Jetty: Bahodopi Combine Cycle Power Plant Capacity 506 MW

The document provides details on plans for a temporary jetty to be constructed for the Bahodopi Combine Cycle Power Plant project in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The 60-meter jetty will be used to deliver heavy materials by barge and will include a 16-meter head area supported by coconut bollard piles. Construction methods include building an access road, transporting and laying boulder materials, and installing precast bollard foundations in stages to facilitate access during construction. Once completed, the temporary jetty will aid in delivery of cargo for the nearby 506 MW power plant project.

4. Project Plan
 Temporary Jetty
For landing the heavy cargo to project site. The sketch had been distributed related to a proposed
materials associated with the proposed jetty.

A planning application for the project shall be submitted to PP under Project Bahodopi Combine Cycle
Power Plant Capacity 506 MW. The operation of the jetty will require an integrated cooperation and
coordination with PT Medco Energi, and local authorization.

The material jetty will include the construction 60 meter long access jetty to temporary quay for the
delivery of materials by LCT or barge. The construction of the jetty will involve works on the near the
foreshore.

The general arrangement of the proposed jetty and the general gas engine stowage plan on the trailer is
shown on the attachments. Nothing the final design of the final design of the jetty construction or the
dimension of gas engines has yet to be completed.

 Proposed Material Jetty

The delivery of construction via trucking (land transportation) may require the construction of material
handling at jetty i.e excavator and dozer to compact and leveling the jetty.
5. Site Location
 Location Address:
 Bahodopi, Morowali, Central Sulawesi
 Coordinate:
 Longitude : 122.1086 Degrees
 Latitude : -2.7953 Degrees
 Access road type & condition:
 intra-province roads (great)
 sub urban roads with limited wight due to limited bridge
capacity (medium - poor)
6. Jetty Head
The jetty head will be 16 meter long and width about 16 meter
area, and it will be supported with bollard using coconut
diameter 12 inch x 4,5 meter piled about 4 meter.
The pavement shall support load bearing capacity up to 6 ton
per m2.

To level the jetty with barge deck if needed would be used FOB
(Fly over bridge) supported with sand bags and wooden
dunnage.
7. Jetty Plan
The details of temporary jetty is available in these following sections:
8. Jetty Elevation
9. Construction Method
The following is an assessment of the means of
construction of the proposed jetty at the time of
application for a barge landing and beaching. Before
construction commences, a more detailed construction
method statement will be prepared and submitted for
approval in advance of any works taking place

Construction of road Transport and Laying of Boulder The excavator sets the boulder rock
access Material material sideways as the
embankment and forward.
10. The End of Jetty
At the end of the jetty (widening) is
carried out with a typical trapezoid as
access to dump trucks and excavators
to transport boulder material and is
done in stages.
11. Bollard Work
To facilitate bollard installation work, the foundation and
bollard piles are precast on land. Laying boulder for access to
the bollard installation area. Meanwhile, on the side for access
to bollard foundation work, the boulder piling is carried out in
stages. To access the work, the bollard is made on a slope or
with a ladder.
