Admission will be started on start of
December-end of February.
Apply online on

www.uaf.fi
And post the attested documents to the
address mentioned on website of university.
Requirements:
IELTS Minimum band 6.5 (no band less than
5.5)
CGPA atleast 2.7 preferred.
The students having less cgpa can apply if
they have job experience certificates
atleast 1 year.
Expenses
You can land Finland within 2 Lacks including initial
cost in applying i.e. ielts, attestation ,visa process, air
ticket , Shopping and other stuff.
Normal living standard here is high. But for Pakistani’s
250 euro – 300 euro per month is sufficient.
This includes the accommodation and eating expenses.
Odd jobs are hard to find because of language barrier.
But when there is a will there is way mostly students
find the jobs sooner or later.

(What you should do right now)
Clear IELTS as soon as possible with
minimum 6.5. band. I recommend to apply
for ielts now because you will be given test
date of atleast 1 month later in which you can
prepare for ilets
If your Cgpa is low try to cover this with
gaining some job experience letter.
Apply in time for online application.

Work on your SOP (Statement of purpose). Take help
from Sir Waqas Idress in this topic.
If you are student of 7th or 8th Semester you will
required for Hope certificate.
If you are Graduated Attest your Degree and Transcript
from HEC.
Attestation of Matriculation and Intermediate
certificate as soon as possible for both studying and
graduated students
Visa Process
If any one don’t have Passport apply for Passport
now. Because it will take almost 2 months
When you get selected apply for the visa as soon
as possible.
Embassy require amount equivalent to 6000
Euros in your personal account.
All Original Documents
Medical insurance from any Insurance Company.
Visa fee 30,300 Pkr
When Coming To Finland
Bring at least 2000 euro’s while coming to be
on safe side for at least 7 8 months.
Bring warm jackets and Winter shoes when
coming.
Because of extreme weather condition in
Winter (-35 Degree Celsius)
Bring Driving license (Highly Recommended)
Guide Lines for applying in Other
European Countries
Electrical Power Field:
Apply to Germany or Norway. They are best in this
field.
The only problem is Fixed bank account
requirement i.e. you having to transfer more than
10 lacks in that country and you bounded to keep it
there for whole study period.
Communication ,Embeded, Signal processing:
Apply in Finland ,Tampere uni of Technology, University of Oulu,
University of Turku.
Scholarships in Europe:
Search for Erasmus Mundus Scholarship.
Apply to University of Trento Italy.
