Definitions
BLOOD
Blood is a body fluid in humans and other animals
that delivers necessary substances such as
nutrients , oxygen to the cells and transports
metabolic waste products away from those same
cells.The most abundant cells in vertebrate blood
are red blood cells.

The complete blood count (CBC) is a group of tests t
hat evaluate the cells that circulate in
blood

c. Platelets (PLTs)
The CBC can evaluate your overall health and detec
