 This project report helped me to understand
recruitment procedure in any organization and
what are the selection level in an organization.

To others : This project helps others to understand


what is the role of manpower in organization, or
different level of recruitment in an organization.
Type of research & method of research:

 Interaction with candidates who come for


interview.
 I met company’s employee who go through with
the recruitment and selection procedure.
 I read past data of company’s employee that how
much employees leave their job and how much
employees are new joined so that I can get know what
is a ratio of recruitment in the organization.
 By resume analysis I learnt how to allot specific
position or job according to the qualification.

 By my company guides .
 By company’s employees.
 Sandesh website.

Interview: I had seen such candidates interview
and which question should be ask them.

Telephonic: I talked to those candidate on


telephone who were select in the interview and get
offer later that they will accept their proposal or
not.
Resume: there is most effective instrument for
selection that I found in the organization because of
resume i can decide that the candidate is eligible for
job or not.

Files of permanent & temporary employee: I had


checked the file of the permanent & temporary
employee by which I get knowledge that what are
the rules or policy followed after joining.
It is totally back office work .

I had checked the files of company’s temporary


employees and permanent employee.
I had segregated the files department wise.
I had analysis of resumes.
Recruitment & selection procedure is very long in
‘sandesh company’ comparison to the other
company.
In sandesh company there are no qualified
employee in production department.
Except production & machinery department
employee ratio is very high comparison to other
department.
Human Resource department have yearly target to
fulfill manpower requirement.
 Lack of time duration for the project.

 I can’t get sufficient information by consultants are


not available everytime because of their own duties.

We can’t get relevant data of the company because


of company’s certain limitation.
Company should recruit their candidates by
external sources like placement agency, employment
exchange, Educational institute.
They should have transparency in recruitment
policy.
They should encourage their trainee.
