I. Rationale

In this time of Pandemic Siaton


2 District envisioned to make
education still accessible to all
and make it more to do the
following:
1. Distance learning through printed
modules will be adopted as a modality
of teaching in order for the learners to
learn anytime and anywhere.

2. To encourage teachers to join


webinars and other online training
trainings to make teaching more
effective.
3. To makeus of DepEd Common, LR
portals and other online delivery flat
forms with K-12 learning resources.

4. To conduct teleconference with


school heads and teachers for updates.
DepEd’s endeavour shall be guided by
the adage “building back better”, to reduce
the vulnerability of the schools, its personnel
and learners to possible disasters, crises, and
other emergencies. This requires a thorough
assessment of its organizational strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the
context of disaster response for the purpose of
creating a more agile, efficient, and resilient
institution.
This learning continuity plan was
designed to adapt quickly and efficiently to
our clients’ need to employ alternate
approaches to support school operations in
the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic
during an emergency.
