RLE: WEEK 10-13

RLE DAY 1
• ORIENTATION & ASSESSMENT DAY
– Collect and assess the OBJECTIVE & PLAN OF
ACTIVITIES (POA) of the students
– Check the attendance, uniform, grooming and the
nursing kit
– The CI will orient the student the hospital set up as well
as the ward where the student will be assign.
• Orient the protocol of the hospital
• The structure and physical set up of the ward
• Orient the staff nurses
• Orient the different forms inside the patient chart
RLE DAY 2
• IMPLEMENTATION
– Hands on with all the things you want to do
with your aeg
• Bedside care/morning care
• Perform procedures
• Carry out doctors order
• Formulating your FDAR
RLE DAY 3
• EVALUATION
– Continue the task of day 2
