Choosing a location
Location is important for trouble-free operation of your
analyzer, choose a site that is convenient for you sampling
needs and meets the following requirements:
Grounded electrical outlet
Away from direct sunlight
Room temperature between 15℃ and 32℃
Maximum relative humidity of 85%
Ample room to allow air to circulate freely around the unit
Away from strong electromagnetic fields, such as those
created by electric motors and X-ray euipment
Away from explosive gases or vapors
Power supply: 220/110±10%V, 50 Hz, add UPS power supply if
needed
Installation
1. Open the front door
2. Cut the fixed strip

Tips
1.Locate the power switch on the back of the instrument and make
sure that it is in the OFF(O) position before connect the power.
2.Before connect the reagents, turn on the instrument check the di
splay and parts firstly.
3.Before do background test, perform PRIME procedure 3~6 times
to clean the whole tubing system.
Operation
Test mode:
Whole blood test mode:Whole Blood
Pre-diluted test mode:Capillary blood
Pre-diluted test mode
1.Blood collection:
First clean the ring finger with alcohol, then thrust finger as deeply as po
ssible , make the blood flow out naturally, can avoid a great deal of tis
sue fluid for excessively squeezing. Erase the first blood, adopt 20μl blo
od.
CAUTION:
Precision and repeatability of instrument except for related with reagent an
d instrument quality also largely with operating and clinical doctor’s kno
wledge. 。
CAUTION:
Never over press the finger to avoid the tissue liquid from mixing with capill
ary blood, thus causes error in results.
CAUTION:
Must insure blood collection is 20ul to avoid results incorrect due to bloo
d insufficient.
Pre-diluted test mode
2.Test blood sample(counting):
a.Tilt the test tube about 30 degrees, let the sample probe lean against
tube wall, and click Dispe to dispense the diluent into the container.
b. Add 20ul of the blood sample to the diluent in the tube, and gently s
hake the tube to make them well mixed.
c. Present the tube with blood to the probe (keep probe touch the tube
bottom lightly). Press Run key on the front panel and the indicator bec
ome orange. Only remove the tube after buzzer gives “Di”.

Trouble-shouting
Step 1: Problem Identification means not only identifying what is
wrong but also what is right. The investigation should identify the
problem area and eliminate areas that are right. Once this done, the
trouble shooting process moves quickly to next step.
Step 2: Problem Isolation means further classifying the problem.
Analyzer problems are generally divided into three categories:
1. Hardware component related
2. Software computer programs related
3. Measurement related to sample analysis
Step 3: Corrective Action means taking appropriate action to correct
the problem. If the operator can correct the problem, with or without
technical assistance from manufacture, normal operation can quickly
resume.
