· Conflicts or Contradictions in ‘I’ as a Result of Pre-conditioned Desire


- Desires are in conflict
- Thoughts are in conflict
- Expectations are in conflict

Problems we face today due to these pre-conditioned Desires, Thoughts and


Expectation/Selection:-
- Wavering aspirations (borrowed, from external influence)
- Lack of confidence
- Unhappiness/Conflict
- Lack of qualitative improvement in us
- State of resignation
· Short lived Nature of Pleasure from Sensations:-
Example:- The pleasure we get through sensations from Sweet is temporary in nature.

• We are continuing the process of Self-exploration on the basis of Natural Acceptance and
Experiential Validation.

• 'I' and the Body are two complementary but distinct constitutents of Human Being living in co-
existence.

• Their characteristics, activities and needs are to be distinctly understood.

• The activities of the Self (I) are continuous while the activities of the Body are time-dependent.

• Moving towards Harmony in the activities of the Self (I) through Self-exploration is the way to
continuous Happiness.

• Right Understanding of the Harmony of Self (I) with the Body enables us to access the need for
Physical facilities, and also indicates the way to ensure Prosperity.
