Convert NANT-D to NANT-E

Background
In the scope of R4.2.02 it is required to allow configuration of a NANT-E using
the data stored in the NANT-D.
Although request is marked as CDE, the script will be setup in a generic way
allowing other customers then FT to use the script.

External specification
Reconfiguration shall be achieved by means of
 Retrieving the NANT-D configuration by means a database backup
 Mapping the NANT-D faceplate ports to the NANT-E faceplate ports in the
IHUB configuration file:
 1-to-1 mapping from NANT-D to NANT-E (no cable swaps are expected e.g. the only
NANT-D xfp port becomes NANT-E xfp port 1 and the other NANT-D sfp ports are
mapped to NANT-E xfp:2..4):
– nt-a:sfp:1..3 -> nt-a:xfp:1..3
– nt-a:xfp:1 -> nt-a:xfp:4
– ntio faceplate names remain unchanged.

Script usage will be similar to NANT-A to NANT-D conversion but currently


no command options are foreseen
