This document summarizes the bi-weekly achievements of wireless network optimization in January 2021. It addresses two major assignments: handling customer complaints about lack of coverage in some areas of Yohob Woreda and improving 3G data speeds in West Imi. For Yohob Woreda, coverage was expanded to two previously uncovered kebeles and traffic increased by an average of 6 Erlang. In West Imi, RF optimization reduced the area with speeds below 384kbps from 12.4% to 5.2% while increasing areas above 1Mbps from 52% to 72%.

 Yohob Woreda Customer Complain Handling.


 West Emi 3G Data Complain
Yohob Woreda Customer Complain Handling
 Yohob Woreda has Got The Network Coverage in the most Recent days but around three Kebele's around this
woreda have been Complaining that they still don’t have network Coverage at all .

 Following their Complain Our Regional Optimization Team have Informed that around Three Kebele’s no any
Network Coverage and they have achieved the GSM Coverage for Two Kebele’s Including the road Coverage
towards those Kebele's. The kebele's are named Aragoliyo and Bodelay.

 Acknowledgement and Confirmation letter have been provided by woreda Administrator following the achievement
and Satisfaction.

 We have also Monitored The GSM Voice Traffic Trend of Yohob Sites(151753) after we have extended the GSM
Coverage To those Kebele’s and on average Voice traffic are being Increasing by 6 Erlang as shown on the Graph

3G Data Complain Improvement at West Imi

 The Picture shows 3G Data Throughput Distribution status of West Imi Before and after RF
Optimization and we have minimized the area receiving below 384kbps From 12.4% to 5.2% as
shown colored in Red. And also the areas receiving above 1M Have been improved from 52% to
72% .
