LG946L Engine Fuel Pump Lever Vibrating Solutions

1. Failure Description:
 During accelerating engine, the handler always keeps vibrating slightly, leading
to engine speed variating automatically.

 Reason analysis ：
 Maybe because low idling speed, leading to accelerating not stable.

2. Solutions
 Via adjusting the idling speed restrainer bolt can
solve this issue, in this way, will increase engine
idling speed.
 Screw bolt along clockwise, noticing engine crank
speed, till it start to ramp up.
 Measure the crank speed with tachometer, start to
screw bolt to increase speed about 20-
30RPM （ Screw bolt less than a quarter circle).

 Mostly because low idling speed, or fuel pump supply big amount of fuel.

2. Solutions
 Remove the fix bolt at two sides of the cap, then loose the nut with
wrench anticlockwise.
 Screw the bolt clockwise, one and half circle or two circles;
 Then, assemble the cap;
 In this way will improve black smoke exhaust hugely.
