Mood board

Film idea
• The idea for my teen coming of age movie is having my protagonist
having problems with comfonting her depression
• Due to the extreme stress it has put on her she starts having doubts
that the audience and her physically see. They manifestations of her
depression mentally tormenting her when she starts remembering
something or starts doubting herself
Title
• As I was looking threw my mood board I found that the title designs
from spontaneous caught my eye. It gives of a childish almost silly
vibe about it due to its slighltly eneven font used for it. It catches my
eye unlike the others because they are in bold titles that generally
look boring
• Spontanious has an artistic feel to it which stands out more among
the bold headers of the other posters
Poster
• From the movies I have explored I have found that like most movies they
try to point out what their protagonist is dealing with (a thing or person)
• Most of them that focus on a darker aspect of teens. Such as Jenifer's
body focusing of the antagonist as she is the dark aspect of the movie
that the antagonist will have to confront at some point. The same can be
said for mean girls as we see the three antagonist in the background near
our protagonist in the poster.
• My poster focuses on an emotional aspect rather than a person. There
fore I may need to present depression threw a set of images or make it
into an actual being,
Final
• After some thinking I am likely to take inspiration from Jennifer's body
and heathers
• My reasons being my movie focuses on certain emotional aspects
that effect my protagonist and heathers and Jenifer's body highlight
that by showcasing the protagonists. While I don’t think I could create
depression in a physical aspect I could introduce the idea threw
various images in my poster
