• Depending on the configuration you purchase, you will always have access to
the most-up-to-date versions of your apps
• If you change computers or devices, you can easily uninstall the apps from an

use
• To do so, click the Start button on the Windows taskbar, type ‘word’
then click ‘Word 2016’

• Launch Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
• In Access, you must create a before you enter any data
• Use meaningful file names and save in the appropriate location
