DELA VEGA CITY

FOOTBALL CLUB
INTRODUCTION
 The project “Youth development Program is an initiative of
the Dela Vega Football Club which is located in the
Spanish town AREA and extends its services to the
communities that surrounds it. In these large volatile
communities, a growing number of youths and young
adults who are unattached can be seen roaming the streets
without a sense of direction as it relates to positive
wholesome living. They are often unemployed, involved in
gangs and other deviant activities. In February 2013, the
Dela Vega Football club was registries as a Non-Profit
Organization which focuses on developing and
implementing activities that seek to enhance and enrich the
human resources in these communities.
Background

 The Dela Vega City Football Club has evolved since its

establishment in 1979. It has become a popular organization

within the community as well as a major example of providing

social development for unattached youths seeking to be

involved in positive extracurricular activities. This contributes

to the development of its players and organization. This

dedication and spirit of the community and football team are

most evident in the club’s Achievements and progression

within the parish.


The Dela Vega City Football Club Was:

 Central St. Catherine Division One Runners Up(2007-2008)

 Central St. Catherine Major League Third Place(2008-2009)
