Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence and computer science that
focuses on the use of data and algorithms to imitate the way that humans learn,
gradually improving its accuracy. With machine learning, computer systems can
take all the customer data and utilize it. It operates on what’s been programmed
while also adjusting to new conditions or changes. Algorithms adapt to data,
developing behaviors that were not programmed in advance.
Examples: Image recognition, google translation, speech recognition etc.

MOTIVATION
Quantify what quantity quality of a laptop contributes the most across the 3
categories of laptops.
Discover laptop trends across different brands, types, and performances.
Predict laptop prices base on quantity quality such as ram space, storage amount
and type, CPU and GPU relative performance, brand, type, and screen size.
KNN Recommendation System - laptop recommendation based on
specifications.

We design this project for people who are looking for purchasing laptops.
In this project, we will build a Laptop price prediction project and learn about
the machine learning project lifecycle.it becomes difficult for laptop makers
to sell their products and for customers to pick their laptops easily as per their
needs and budget.

The need for this project is because laptops have become one of the most
essential and used items in our daily life. However, I am sure that you have
struggled to choose the personal laptop that fits your needs? With the
overwhelming amount of specifications and brand names on the market, it
becomes difficult for laptop makers to sell their products and for customers
to pick their laptops. Laptops will continue to rise in demand as the growing
spending capacities of consumers and an upsurge in demand for
technologically advanced products. As laptops are selling across the world,
people and manufacturers alike will have to be knowledgeable and
competitive that’s why we need to make this project.

We will make a project for Laptop price prediction. The problem statement
is that if any user wants to buy a laptop then our application should be
compatible to provide a tentative price of the laptop according to the user
configurations. Although it looks like a simple project or just developing a
model, the dataset we have is noisy and needs lots of feature engineering,
and preprocessing that will drive your interest in developing this project.

This project has a large amount of scope in future because of
more number of brands and their products are available in the
market so we need to select one and this project will help people
what will be the price of the laptop.
