HISTORY
Metalite Builders Development Co., Inc. traces its roots
in April 1988 in Cagayan de Oro City. Armed with a vision being a
leader in general contracting business, the Company set forth in
specializing in stainless steel design and fabrication, installation of
industrial machineries, bulk storage tanks and pipings, water
proofing and sand blasting, epoxy and fiberglass lining, and other
technical services. With barely four personnel including founder,
Metalite was able to secure job contracts from one of its earliest
clients – Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation.
The Company moved briskly and painstakingly in earning
client’s trust by providing customers with high quality products and
services, the best value for their money. Metalite pursued customer
satisfaction as its main goal by conducting its business with the
highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
To further serve and meet the needs and expectations of
the Company’s growing roster of clients, a branch in Manila was
inaugurated in May 1992. With an increase in staff, the Company
was able to secure substantial contracts with other Companies
belonging to the big league such as Nestle Philippines, Inc.,
Pilipinas Kao, Inc., Total Philippines, Corporation, Kraft Foods,
Petron Corporation, Manila Water Company, among others.
Today, to further safeguard its client’s interest. Metalite
Builders continues to provide its personnel opportunities for
professionalism and personal growth by sending them to seminars
and training programs pertinent to their designated responsibilities.
Safety workshops and meetings are religiously observed to
enhance the employees’ consciousness regarding the potential
occupational hazards and possible ways of minimizing, if not totally
eliminating those hazards to effectively carry out their duties and
responsibilities.
