Situation
This generation has seen the largest population in history. With this number,
young people have greater opportunities to take active roles in shaping the
future. However, this same generation has inherited countless global, national
and even communal challenges. Considering this unprecedented fact, the Global
Shapers Community was born.

The Global Shapers Community is a network of active and dedicated young


adults working together for a specific cause. As a self-organized team of Shapers
(also known as hubs) in the city, the primary aim is to find solutions to these
challenges and address the needs of the community.
The Global Shapers Community is a network
of young people driving dialogue, action and
change.
Every year, hub leaders from different cities gather to showcase the work
of their respective hubs and strengthen relationship among each other.
This gathering will also be chance for hub leaders to collaborate with
private funding institutions and gain support.

In preparation for this gathering of hubs, your team is specifically
assigned to identify a communal, local, or national issue and propose a

solution for it. The proposed solution must respond to any of the 17 UN
sustainable development goals. The presentation must be made through
any offline or online application and must contain specific parts
stipulated in the presentation guide:

The presentation of project proposals is a formal activity;


thus, all are required to wear the complete uniform (including
SHS blazers).
Each group is given 3 minutes after the presentation to answer questions
from the audience. Additional points will be given to members who are able
to answer questions accurately and concisely. Refer to the rubric below for
scoring:
