• Water is one of the major human needs. We tried to see the
main source of water supply, water quality and public water
resource.
• In the area of Bosa kitto kebele two kinds of sources of
water supplies are available. Thus, are yard tap and wells
(including open and with cover). Small number of people
uses well for different purposes.

Drainage condition of the road
• Drainage condition is a natural or artificial
removal surface and sub-surface of water
from a given area. While constructing and
before constructing a road there should be
a place for a drainage system on the side
of the road.
• Despite the fact that, water is the top
cause for the erosion of the road.
According to the data we have collected
from Bosa kitto kebele society, the
availability of the drainage removal pipe or
hole is almost poor in the kebele. The
drainage available in the kebele is just
alongside some early constructed coble
stone roads.
Defects observed on the road
• On many roads in the kebele we
notice that there are a number of
potholes, waste products released
on the roads and other defects
because of less quality of the road
and lack of finance to repair when
the road is collapsed. On the other
hand, there are no traffic light on
the road that’s used to simplify
traffic flows
Availability of the bridge

• According to our research we found no bridge in the kebele. Because of the

nature of the land is flat and there are no rivers in the area.
• Availability of street light along the sides of the road

• All of the street light along sides of the road are functioning or give the
purpose for what it has been made.

• Availability of traffic light along the sides of the road

• There is no traffic light in Bosa kitto road. This is the thing that the kebele
leaders must work on.

person using wheelchair.
Availability of non-functional biomedical equipments

• 100% of the people we asked tells us that they don’t have non-functional
biomedical equipment.
small scale industries and others
• Most of the small scale industries we have seen are micro enterprise
engaged in furniture production and steel works. Their sources of finance are
government loan and personal capital.
• The raw materials are mostly woods for furniture manufacturers and steel for
others
CHAPTER - FOUR
• LIMITATION TO THE STUDY
 Some peoples were not willing to give data
 Shortage of time
 We took on 12 house samples so there might be missing of the
real reflection of the Community
 Difficulty to get kebele leaders and influential people with the
given time
Recommendation
• We have seen different problem of the people in Bosa
Kitto kebele. Some problems can be solved easily, while
other problems are very difficult for us. As a group we
recommend The University to do some work on this
project, since the people are bored of simply being
interviewed. As well as The questionnaires must be
changed annually and The University must give special
awareness about CBTP for the community.
