CONCEPT
• To be able to provide individualized, holistic,
human, ethical, and quality nursing care, it is
primary consideration to understand MAN.
Nursing concepts of Man
• Man is bio-psychosocial and spiritual being
who is in contact with the environment.( Roy )
• As a biologic being, man is like all other men.
This is because all men have the same basic
human needs.
