Workflows ● Go to My Organizational process
● On the right click on the collaborative button
● Click on propose and sell food on the fly process
The collaborative panel displays information about this
process. Explain the collaboratives features

● Click on “Workflow” tab.
Explain the workflow.
● Click on the button “start Workflow”.
Explanations / Key Messages
● Nicole can request that another Process Designer
review a process or update some of the items she
wishes to view in the diagram
● Nicole can also request a validation. This is the case
in this script. Nicole request Robert, a Process
Manager, to validate the process

Workflows ● Go to home page
Show that the tile “My organizational processes to review”. On more
process has been added
● Click on this tile
The process “Propose and sell food on the fly” is in the list
● Display again the collaborative panel and select this process,
continue the workflow by clicking on “Mark as completed”, write a
comment. Then click “ok”
The process is now awaiting for validation
● Go to home page again and dispatch
Show that the tiles “My organizational processes to review” and “My
organizational processes awaiting for validation” as changed
Explanations / Key Messages
● The processes has passed from “Update in
progress” to “waiting for validation”
● Robert, process administrator, can validate the
process or ask for update.
● You can connect to HOPEX with Robert to show the
tile “My organizational Processes to validate” and
validate the process.

Script Overview
Here we provide only the HOPEX side of the demonstration
● The main use case is to improve continually a processes thanks to process mining
and HOPEX.
● We retrieve Mined processes from Minit® solution, it represents the reality. In
HOPEX we will be able to retrieve its diagram and Metrics in order to understand how
this process performs.
● It will be possible to generate an automatic heatmap based on mining metrics
(costs, duration of each tasks, instantiation…) to see visually its performance .
● Afterward, we wish to implement a better process, we will use the simulation feature
inside HOPEX in order to define several simulation scenarios and compare a scenario
to the mining process and see if this scenario is better than the reality. Reports will
help us to do that.
