the company was founded in 1964 in a town called Nellingen, close to Stuttgart, Germany by two gentlemen, Mr. Dinse and Mr. Riester

established in 1978, has been developed based on the nuclear industry standard 10 CFR 50 Appendix B. Since 1994, AUMA is ISO 9001 certified. Audits by other companies and organisations have also been carried out. Since 2003, AUMA is ISO 9001:2000 certified. Since 2003, AUMA is 14001:1996 certified.
