Introduction
● Vatican city is a City-state
surrounded by Rome,
Italy and it is also the
headquarters of the
Roman Catholic Church.
It’s known for its many
beautiful arts and pieces
of architecture. Another
thing is that the Vatican
City is the smallest
country in the World and
here in this small state
lives the Pope.
Vatican City averages
● The Vatican City has had very cold temperatures
for the past two weeks. In the day the
temperatures are in the 50s and 60s and during
the night it gets even colder with temperatures in
the 30s and 40s. The duration of sunshine hours
are around 3-4 hours a day in the winter and
around 9 hours a day in the summer. Even though
the Vatican City gets 132.8 days of rainfall
throughout the year, for the month of February it
hasn’t been getting that much rain, with a
precipitation rate around 10%. So we won’t be
expecting a lot of rain this week. Another thing is
that the Vatican City has had light breezy winds
for the past week, with the winds reaching around
5-7 mph (miles per hour).

high of 86°F and low of 65°F, whereas
the coldest month of the year in Vatican
City is January, with an average low of
38°F and high of 54°F. Another thing is
that snow isn't really a thing in Vatican
City, the last time it snowed was in 2012,
so it’s very rare when it snows there. And
lastly, throughout the whole year
November is the month that gets the
most rain with an average of 3.6 inches,
whereas July gets the least rain with an
average of 0.7 inches.
